My daughter was prescribed this medication for a recent sinus infection
(it is supposedly the latest and greatest for congestion).   I contacted
the pharmaceutical company and here is their reply.

Thank you for your reply.  The manufacturer reported that is gluten free.
We had the same question in the past and this is the answer we sent to the
customers.  We did not receive any complaints or reports of an allergic
reaction after therapy with Tanafed DMX.  Actually, we did not receive any
reports of side effects after Tanafed DMX.
