Here is a summary of the responses I received on Gluten Free Fiber
supplements:

Natural products:  prunes, blueberries, Xango, Kefir, aloe vera juice, flax
seed meal, and apricot juice

Laxatives:  ExLax, Metamucil, Fiber Con, Optifiber, Magnesium oxide,
Miralax, Cetricil

Other:  mineral oil, psyllium fiber, acacia fiber, colkace

Online resource:  www.glutenfreedrugs.com

I know there was just a discussion about GF fiber supplements but of course

at that time I didn't save it and now I need them. Can someone send me a 
summary  of that discussion? Thanks!
