Cocoa Pebble Squares
Adapted for GF diet by Melody Gabriel
1/2 of 13 oz. box Cocoa Pebbles
1 small 7 oz. jar Kraft Marshmellow Creme
1/2 stick margarine (1/4 cup)
Melt margarine in microwave or in pan on stove.
Add marshmellow creme and stir.
Add Cocoa Pebbles
Press into greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan.
Top with chocolate frosting if desired.
Chill, cut and serve.
Note: Be sure and use only Cocoa Pebbles. The other
chocolate rice cereals have malt or wheat in them.
Most of these recipes call for marshmellows and it is very
hard to find a brand that does not have food starch so I
substituted marshmellow creme.
