The Maryland Celiac Support Group will hold their next meeting at 2 PM
on Sunday Feb. 25 at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center in the
Physicians Pavillioin Building East.
Our speakers will be Mary McKenna, who will talk about the Nutritional
Aspects of the G/F diet, and Pam Cureton, who will talk about the newly
accepted North American G/F diet that was jointly presented by the
American Dietetic Assn; the Canadian Dietetic Assn., and the Gluten
Intolerance Group. This talk follows the recent article in Gluten Free
Living by Ann Whelan, and it should be of interest to not only all
celiacs but to Dietitians as well.
In addition, we will have a representative of Mr. Ritts Bakery present
with lots of samples of some very tasty G/F products.
