I've heard of a new bakery in lower Manhattan in New York City.

It's called, "Happy Happy Happy".
They are located at 157 Allen Street, they are open seven days a week. It is
entirely gluten-free & dairy-free.

Their menu and brochure are online. They say that they will begin mail
orders next month.
