My sister is planning a family get together and plans on serving Honey Baked
Ham, "ham" and Honey Baked Ham's "whole smoked Turkey". I checked on the
ingredients for the ham and smoked turkey breast both of which contain gluten
in the form of wheat starch. Those I obviously will not touch. Now the
question remains, what about their "whole smoked turkey"? I wrote the Co.
asking for very specific ingredients , their suppliers, etc. I have
received a note from a company representative, Jon McHugh, of the Honey
Baked Ham Co. of Raynham, Ma stating that the questionable ingredients
"flavorings" are propyline glycol, extract of foenugreek, coffee and vanilla.
I am having trouble getting more indepth info on the flavorings and was
wondering if any of you had more info on this product.

Please respond to me and I will post to the list .Thank you so much.
