Hi all,

Thanks to those who responded to my Arrowhead Mills question a few weeks back.
The concensus was STAY AWAY!!  Problems with cross contamination.
Over the last three weeks since avoiding the flour, my stomach has been
quite quiet.

New question...

My bone density scan didn't turn out great.  Doc recommended a calcium
supplement.
Any suggestions?  gf, soy free, lactose free, basically everything free?
