You will probably remember that I emailed a few months ago about ideas for more fiber.  We have really been happy with using flax seed in baking and added on to yogurt and such. 

Several people mentioned to keep it in the fridge for a longer life span.  Any suggestions on how long it is good for in the fridge or what to look for before it is just plain rancid? I dated the bag but you get a lot..
