Greetings

6 old men (Boyz of Summer) had a great July 1 weekend at Safecoi Field in
Seattle. I was the only Celiac
in the group and I had lots to eat.

I have been a member of this list for nearly 10 years and when we travel I
rely heavily on listmates personal
eating experiences and so far your responses have been excellent. That way
I can avoid the very detailed questions
that have to be asked when ordering a GF meal. If I consume gluten, I know
within 15 minutes there is going to be trouble.

At Safeco Field I had Thai Chicken Curry from the International Wok on
section 133. Very good and filling and I would say
medium spicyness. Kidd Valley garlic fries, very yummy and your breath will
keep your friends away, section 333 but there are
kiosks all through the park. After garlic fries I had chocolate dipped
strawberries on a skewer. Don't have to say much about these treats,
section 133 and they are also spread out through the park.

Just a warning, these kiosks are very busy so thanks to the listmates info
I kept the questions to a minimum, does the food contain flour
or soya sauce and separate frying vats.

Breakfast at Dennys in Bellingham was Veggie omlete with shredded
hasbrowns. Very good.

We had dinner at the Red Lobster in Lynnwood where the Manager came out and
we discussed my GF meal, blackened catfish, salmon
fillet with steamed veggies and a baked potato. Delicious.

I hope this info will help. All the GF food I took for the weekend came
back home with me. That spells success!!

	Garry
