I have been gluten-free about 5/6 weeks.  At times I feel overwhelmed.

What cheeses are GF?  I can't seem to find any of the following:

Cream Cheese
Heavy Cream
String Cheese
Sliced Cheese
Grated Cheese

If anyone has any information on the above, I would greated appreciate it.
