My 11-year-old son was diagnosed with celiac disease three weeks ago and
we're still trying to figure out what he can/cannot eat.  My question is
with hot dogs:  The CSA Cooperative Gluten-Free Commercial Products Listing
(5th edition) lists several brands as being GF; my son insists the dietitian
we saw told him no hot dogs were GF.

Can hot dogs be GF?
