I recently tried some Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing. I tried both
the fat-free and regular versions of their Ranch dressing because I had
heard that it was safe for Celiacs. They both contain M.S.G. and the
full fat variety contained Canola Oil.  Anyway, I had a terrible
reaction to them.  I called the company and they swore that these
products were indeed gluten-free. Has anyone else had trouble with these
products?  Also, are M.S.G. and Canola Oil safe for Celiacs?
