Does anyone know if either of these (Welbilt ABM 1H70 or ABM4000) two
particular machines makes nice gluten free bread without having to baby sit
(stand over and make the changes manually as they happen)?  Can you choose
the length of bake time?  Can you have only 1 rise?  Thanks Pilgrim South
