Thanks to the person who posted the note on fufu the oth  day.  I have
heard that fufu can also be made of plantain flour (which I have access
to).  Does anybody out there have a recipe for making that?  Also, fufu is
supposedly eaten in a kind of peanut soup, and I would love the recipe to
that, if anybody knows it.
 
Also:  Is it possible to bake gf matzo?
