I am looking for any information, articles or personal experiences that
could be passed on to a doctor who won't test for celiac because the person
I am asking for is gaining weight and does not have typical CD symptoms.
She is having some neurological symptoms which started with numbness and
tingling in the hands and feet.  Testing for MS has been negative.  She has
been very sick and plans on starting a GF diet but knows she should have the
tests done first.  Any information regarding weight gain or I suppose other
atypical celiac symptoms would be helpful as this PCP insists there is no
need to test for CD.
