Can I ask why the preference for the  Zojuiski bread machine?

I have tried bread machines before, and don't like the consistency much. So
I use my Kitchen Aid mixer. I am wondering if it makes that much difference
what machine you use.

I am not making gluten-free bread if that makes any difference.
