Hello Everyone There are so few desserts around that I can enjoy because
of food intolerances.  Meringue nests are about the safest for me.
Does anyone out there have a simple recipe for crisp meringues cooked in
the microwave.  Is the dried eggwhite you can buy gluten free?  And do
they keep for a few days etc.   Any ideas?
