I have both genes for Celiac disease, and my husband has both genes for
gluten intolerance. We're unsure of which genes his parents have, which
leads us to the question - Is Celiac disease/gluten intolerance a recessive
trait? Specifically, if one of his parents only has one gene for CD/GI,
would they only carry the gene and not have problems with gluten?

Thanks
