Joyce Miller asks if there is a GF macaroni which does not disintegrate when
cooking.

I have had good luck with DeBoles; it seems to hold together better than the
other brand I use ("Better Food for Life" brand, which costs less).

I have also found that it pays to be very careful with rice pasta in general
- it goes from not-quite-cooked to over-cooked very quickly. My trick is to
moniter it closely when it starts getting nearly done, then to take it off
and rinse it quickly as soon as it is done. You might even try taking it
off before it is quite done if you don't rinse it, because it will continue
to cook slightly if it stays hot & wet. I haven't done this.

Hope it helps.
