Thanks to Dr. J. Murray for recent comments on "wheat intolerance" as being
like celiac disease except that it doesn't damage the small intestine and
you just have to avoid wheat to the point where you don't get symptoms, but
not altogether.

I was wondering, sir, if you have a feeling for how common "wheat
intolerance" is as compared to celiac sprue? Do more of the patients who
come to you and are biopsied turn out to have wheat intolerance or celiac
disease?
