I have to say that Ener-G Foods pasta still gets my vote! It is easy to
work with, always turns out ok and tastes good. I make my own Mac and
Cheese for my kids and even the neighbor kids like it -- if they happen to
be having lunch with us. Of course, each of us have our taste preferences
and I have to admit that when I tried Pastariso -- it had too much of a
rice starch taste for me. But again -- that is personal. I have also
tried most of the others, including going to Chinatown... but I always come
back to Ener-G. And with their web site, I can order directly via
Internet. So it makes it that much easier! I don't have time to chase all
over town! I do enough with my kids!
