Hello everyone

Is there anyone out there who has NOT been able to tolerate mineral and
vitamin supplements? I just seem to feel rotten when I take them. Believe
me, I have been super careful about the supplements I take. I have only
taken Freeda and Solaray, both of which specifically state "no gluten." I
just seem to get an exacerbation of tingling in my extremeties, fatigue,
muscle weakness, headaches, pain in the upper right quadrant of my abdomen,
etc. I mean, I just wind up feeling rotten after a few days on the
supplements. Now, this would be OK if I didn't have osteopenia and
mineral/vitamin deficiencies. I mean, I need supplements, but can't seem
to tolerate them. Is there anyone out there who is in the same boat as me?
What was your solution? I get so frustrated hearing stories of people who
have improved greatly from taking vitamin and mineral supplements that only
cause me further problems! Thanks a million for any responses.

Latimer
