I find the information a little puzzling.  If I suspect something might
contain gluten, I don't eat it.  I wouldn't know I inadvertently ingested
gluten until I had a reaction.  But then it is too late according to whoever
wrote what Scott posted.  Thus, how does this help me other than to destroy
my insides without any outward penalty?  Am I missing something?
