Hello everyone,

I am training to run the Marine Corp. Marathon this year and now that our
mileage is increasing (14 miles and up) we are supposed to bring food such
as energy bars or goos.  Does anyone know of any GF energy/power bars on the
market?  How about a recipe to make your own?
