Last spring Ambien was sold to another company.  At first they told me during
my bi-monthly calls that they were uncertain what the new formula would be gf
or non-gf.  I talked to them last week and as of now Ambien will contain
wheat.  What a bummer.

I have been told that Trazadone is gf;  Doxepin maybe; Vistaril( unknown) and
Sonata  gf (seems to be the most popular).  Do any of you have any positive
experiences with Sonata?

I have been taking Temazepam since Ambien was declared no longer gf but it
gives me horrible nightmares and I frequently wake up during the night.  I'm
hoping for a better recommendation.  Thanks.
