Hi
The post from Don Millette was using the 2kg celimix package as an example
for his recipe and that one is definetly not glutenfree and has wheatstarch
listed as an ingredient.
The company Nelson david of winnepeg also makes different other mixes that
have no wheatstarch listed.the packages include cake mixes.ricebread mixes
and others. I personally can not make any claims in regards to the
glutenfree status or possible cross contamination.
Do not confuse those with the larger 2 kg packages usually sold through
safeways.

If you liked the recipe that was posted by Don, you could possibly try
their (celimix) other mixes.

I am sure if you phone Nelson David they would be more than happy telling
you about the differences in their mixes. By the way they also sell
eggreplacers for those who are on egg free diets.
