Hi folks - I have confirmed over the past 4 weeks that both Accolate and
Singulaire are GF. In both cases i called the company's professional services
lines and they were able to confirm the status. I also took each of those for
about a week and had no reactions. These are both leukotriene inhibitors, used
to reduce the incidence of asthma attacks. Singulaire also comes in a chewable
tablet for kids, but I did NOT ask about the GF status of that formulation (just
the 20 mg swallow tablets)

Also, last week I used the recipe for "Fake Twinkies" that I think I got from
the Archives. I made mini-muffins and they were PERFECT for dipping in
chocolate fondue! Some days, life is good.

Happy holidays to all!-Marne
