Things to do the first week in November

Plan your menu

            Example:

                        Natural Fresh Turkey

                        Wild Rice Stuffing

                        Mashed Potatoes

                        Gluten-Free Gravy

                        Home Made Cranberry Chutney

                        Sweet Potatoes with Poached Pears

                        Fresh Green Beans with Lemon

Green Salad with Dried Cranberries and Toasted Pine Nuts

                        Pumpkin Pie in Gluten-Free Crust

Ruby Range Spiced Pumpkin Cake with Caramelized Pears

Make a quest list, this is an easy dinner to make for a large, merry group

Determine special dietary needs your quests will have.

Example: diary-free / casein free pumpkin pie recipe on the web site.

I have made this recipe for 15 years and no one knows it is gluten / dairy and casein free!

If cooking a fresh turkey, order it now.

Make shopping lists of perishable and non perishables.

Decide on the table setting - you can do beautiful tables with paper plates and table clothe. This makes clean up so much easier..
