(This includes not only wheat products, but also caramel, white vinegar,
rye, oats, and barley products)
Ø Chile Con Queso (without Chips)
Ø Ensalada de la Casa (without tortilla strips or salad dressings)
Ø Chicken Tortilla Soup (without tortilla strips)
Ø Plain Hamburger with lettuce, tomato (No bun, no fries, no condiments)
Ø Hacienda Steak (no Corn Cake)
Ø Steak Fajitas (No tortillas)
Ø Vegetable Fajitas (No Tortillas)
Ø Chile-Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Ø Refried Beans
Ø Mexican Rice (contains Corn gluten in seasoning)
Ø Plain ice cream (no coating, no shell)
Items that are fried in vegetable oil have been excluded because other gluten-containing items may also be fried in the same oil.
Corn tortillas and any products with marinades/sauces/seasonings are excluded because they are manufactured in facilities where gluten-containing products may also be processed on same equipment.
