Hi listmates.

I have been buying bulk powdered cinnamon from a few places, and I seem to get symptoms. What I want to do is find a source for bulk cinnamon chips. They look like someone took the rolled sticks, and broke them up into small chips. I saw them at a Tulleys Coffee Shop, in a little hand grinder, but the barista had no idea where they came from. As an aside, for you espresso lovers- Tulley's is really nice. They have real cups, they have good coffee, and many of their shops have fireplaces for those nasty winter days. You do have to have an ability not to feel bad when you see luscious treats that are not GF! I like to take someone there and enjoy the pastry through her.

Overall, I do better if I just grind my own spices. Using the sticks is one way to go, but they are hard on coffee grinders, and also pretty expensive.

Any ideas? Thanks,
Mike
