Hey, Everyone,
Just wanted to let you all know there is a new restaurant chain in Nashville called Cantina Laredo.  I called there today to see if they could accommodate my gluten-free diet.  The manager said they had a menu printed out for gluten free.  My husband and I went there for dinner tonight.  Sure enough, they had a separate printed sheet for gluten-free.  I was very impressed, the service was excellent, the menu had quite a few choices, AND the chips are gluten free because they are fried in a dedicated fryer.  The manager said they keep everything separated there.  So this is the first Mexican restaurant I've eaten at where I can actually eat the chips!  They also make all of their margaritas with fresh lime and lemon juice, or mango, strawberry, fresh on the premises, no margarita mix.  It was a great experience.  I will definitely go back again!  Hurray for restaurants who take the time to figure out what is gluten free on their menu!!
