Hi All!  We are going to Ontario Canada, and are going to Paramount's
Wonderland Park, as well as Niagra Falls.  We know that we are staying at
the Delta Chelsea which is in downtown Ontario for 4 nights.  Does anyone
know of any gluten free restaurants, bakeries,or health food stores in
these areas??  Also, are the Canadians as strict as we are, or do they
allow wheat starch??
