Someone just wrote in saying they had the Wendy's BLT chicken salad and had no problems.

Wendy's puts out a nutrition guide on all their foods. They have a separate one for their Garden Sensation Salads. You need to ask for one the next time you visit Wendy's.

The diced chicken in these salads CONTAINS WHEAT, as does the honey roasted pecans for the Spring Mix Salad (although these might be in a separate cellophane package).

The Mandarin Chicken is not good, either (due to diced chicken having wheat). The oriental sesame dressing also contains wheat.

Please always ask for nutritional guides at these fast food places. It may save you a reaction.
