Hi All--

Thanks for all the responses regarding how/what to
substitute in the green bean casserole recipe I
posted. This is what ya'll told me:

For the flour:

--Use tapioca starch flour
--Use soy flour & potato starch flour
--4 people suggested sweet rice flour
--Bette Hagman's all purpose flour
--Arrowroot
--2 people suggested plain yogurt
--2 people wrote suggesting cornstarch, but one person
said to use half of what was called for in flour; the
other person said to use equal amounts.

GF Sour Cream

Many people said Daisy is GF
Krogers brand
Hiland
Albertson's brand

Thanks again to everyone...the potluck was today and
I'm taking home an empty casserole dish.
