Looking for a great pasta salad recipe, look no further, this is a

        1/2 Bag of Glutino Brown Rice Pasta (Fusilli, Penne or Macaroni)
        1 Large Red pepper
        1 cup of chopped Mushrooms
        3 Celery Sticks
        1/2 Cup of Carrots chopped in small rounds
        1 cup of sliced strawberries
        1/2 Bottle of Glutino Naturally Italian Salad dressing


1. Follow Pasta's cooking instructions. make sure to use enough water.
Rinse well in cold water.

2. Cut up all veggies and fruit

3. Mix everything together and ENJOY!

        2 large red peppers
        2 cups of diced cherry tomatoes
        1/2 cup slices basil leaves
        2 teaspoons of minced Garlic
        5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Broil peppers until blackened on all sides, turning frequently. Cover
and let stand 10 minutes. Peel, seed and cut peppers into 1/4-inch
pieces. Place peppers in medium bowl. Mix tomatoes, basil, minced garlic
and 1 tablespoon olive oil into bell pepper mixture. Season generously
with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand at room
temperature.
