Dear List mates,

Our gluten-free website website ( http://hallievic.com ) focuses on baking, but sometimes there is a recipe that isn't baking. I'm a turkey and chicken sausage fan, but I'm selective when it comes to things like lots of fat or preservatives. Sprouts and Whole Foods do a good job for me, but they don't always have what I want. Inspired to the "bulk sausage" they sometimes sell, I've been able to make bulk sausage that I like and that works well at parties.

I've put the recipes for our favorites on our website: http://hallievic.com . Rather than searching the "Not Baking" section, just look in the upper right hand side of the page, and you will find a link to what is new.

Oh, yes. Not everything is chicken and turkey either. Take a look at Merguez. Our next door neighbor, who is French, identified merguez sausages immediately at one of our parties.

Please let me know if you have any issues.
