A two thumbs up to High Tech Burrito which is a chain in Northern
California. They catered my daughters birthday and we had a successful
gluten free meal. All of their items aside from the flour tortillas are
gluten free and they made sure to heat all the corn tortillas on a clean
grill. We went through their central headquarters to arrange it and they
were very helpful and careful to learn about the cross contamination
issue.  Nice to have a gluten free party option . I have no affilitation
with the company just want to spread the word. Amy
