Appetizer:  Chop spring onions, garlic & fresh ginger.  Add olive oil to
pan & fry onion, garlic & ginger for about 4 or 5 minutes.  Add prawns &
stir.  Cover pan for 5 minutes.  Stir in rice wine or dry sherry.  Serve
