Just an update note on nutrition bars that many of us have been using to
supplement our GF diets.  I have re-contacted the manufacturers of the
following nutrition bars and regrettably have been told that they are no
longer Gluten Free:

  -Pure Protein bars are no longer considered GF.  There has been a formula
   change to the bars.
  -Carb Solutions are NOT considered GF
  -ADVANTEDGE CARB CONTROL bars are no longer GF
  -Regular ADVANTEDGE bars are GF except for:
    carmel, chocolate almond, honey peanut, peanut butter.
