I emailed Healthy Choice to find out if their hotdogs are GF. I got a little
run around saying I had to specify the product I was interested in, but then
they were great. They called and spoke to me. The modified food starch in all
their products is from corn or potatoes, and if not, it will state that on the
label, "modified wheat starch." They say there is not cross-contamination
since they make only hotdogs in the plant. The woman was very nice and
encouraged me to tell this list group.

Any other questions, their phone number is on the products. They say they will
send me a letter stating all this as well. Again, she said the hotdogs are GF
and it should be safe to read the label for their other products, but you may
want to call to be safe.

I was very pleased with the help, they were very helpful and understanding,
better than other companies I talked to. I will not hesitate to call them in
the future.

Diane
