Hello.
 
I have a recipe that calls for almond paste.  The kind I purchased is
Odense Pure Almond Paste.  It's made in Denmark and lists ingredients
of almonds, sugar, liquid glucose.  I don't see a particular problem
with this but I am not sure about the liquid glucose.
 
I would appreciate any input.
