As of July 1st, the Bread Baker Company in Rochester, MN, will be set up to accommodate mail order and shipping of their gluten-free products for those of you in MN, IA, or WI. The Bread Baker Company is a local specialty bread company and has been featuring gluten-free products for a year for local pickup. Each week is a different selection of the following products, including bread (15 varieties), muffins / rolls (9 varieties), and cookies (6 varieties).
