Does anyone know if Watkins products are really gluten free?

 

I am interested in the:
Beef Soup & Gravy Base

Chicken Soup & Base

Cream Soup & Gravy

 

The ingredients say:  *Does not contain distilled white vinegar, and to the
best of our knowledge, is free of gluten and/or gluten derivatives.

 

I used to buy these long before I was gluten free and was surprised to find
out that I might be able still use them!
