In Canada, food manufacturers must list the top eight allergens on the
product label.

For instance, if the ingredient is derived from one of the top eight
allergens, then the source must be listed. e.g. modified starch (wheat), or
hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soy). But if the source is not a major
allergen, it doesn't need to be disclosed e.g. rice, corn or potato starch.

It is to our advantage, that wheat happens to be a major allergen.

The top eight allergens are, in no particular order:
- wheat
- soy
- milk
- eggs
- fish
- shellfish
- peanuts
- tree nuts

Kraft has a lactose-free / GF / kosher list on their website at
