I received a reply from Marsh Supermarkets about their Beef  Bouillon cubes.  The customer rep called the manufacturer and responded that there is no wheat gluten (no gluten of any kind) in the Marsh Beef Bouillon cubes.  The chicken and instant chicken do have gluten but it is corn, not wheat.
