Well we just got our first "GLUTEN FREE" Chinese Restaurant it is called Pei Wei and it is located in Cranston,R.I. it is in the new Shaw's supermarket center. It is located right next door to the Shaw's. They have a great Gluten Free Menu. They even read back the order and say gluten free with Algerian. They have sweet & sour chicken that they use potato starch for batter, a spicy dish like General Toa's, and a bunch of other things...You must try this place out, trust me you will be back. It is a spin off restaurant of P.F. Changs. Any questions feel free to email me :-)
