Dear Listmembers, I asked a question recently regarding customer
satisfaction from Dietary Specialties and Sterks Bakery.  I received quite
a few replies.  In each case, there was only one dissatisfied customer who
wrote to me regarding each vendor.  I have no interest in Dietary
Specialties, but I love their chocolate and white cake mixes, blueberry
muffins, and cornbread.  I have never ordered from Sterks, but may do so.

I have no interest in their company, financially, etc., either.  Karen from
