The Kitchener-Waterloo chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association is hosting
a gluten-free Oktoberfest celebration on October 25th, 1997. Celiacs and
their non-celiac friends and family are invited to join us for an evening of
great GF food (schnitzel, sausage, ribs, and black forest cake) and
entertainment.

This evening will also serve as a kick off and fund raiser for the 25th
Annual Conference of the Canadian Celiac Association, to be held in
Kitchener in May 1998.

The Oktoberfest evening will be held at the Chicopee Ski Club, 396 Morrison
Avenue, Kitchener, Ontario. Cocktails begin at 6:00pm, dinner will be served
at 7:00pm. Tickets are $35.00 per person, including dinner. A cash bar will
be available (with beer for non-celiacs).
