While shopping at my favorite health food store (The Food Bin) I happened
to walk down an isle just as they were filling bins in the bulk ,
self-serve flour section. As I squinted at the particles floating before
my eyes I realized I was also breathing them! We made a quick retreat to
a quiet part of the store and waited for the cloud to settle.

The lesson: keep your eyes and ears open when shopping! Inhaling enough
wheat flour can make a celiac very ill.
