I think that I probably had CD back in 1940 when I was three years old and
weighed 17 pounds.   The diarrhea finally went away and I started to gain
weight. Forty years later I developed it again without most ot the expected
symptoms. I had to have 2 biopsies before I was diagnossed.
Two years ago after a biopsy for something else I was told that I had no
signs of CD. I ate some of the foods I had missed and in two weeks I had
developed   some of the classic symptoms that I had never had before.
